Don’t get me wrong love the sites themselves but they’re both ran by power trippy mods.
Artfight likes to ban people for off site content despite them saying that they don’t care about stuff u do outside of the site. For example I got banned two years ago yet I haven’t broken any on-site rules and two years later I’m still waiting for an appeal. Other people have had the same issue so they’ve stopped linking their sites onto artfight. There was also some other controversy back then about the owner hoarding the donations something like that.
Toyhouse is ran by only one mod. That one mod banned me because they mistook a flag for a confederate one. The mod is notorious for never replying to appeal mails. Once ur banned, ur art is gone. The mod doesn’t care at all if u plead to at least save ur art. A lot of people use toyhouse as an archive (which I don’t recommend) and if they get banned their art becomes lost media. TLDR the mod isn’t ur friend and doesn’t give a fuck about how much ur art means to u.
